CrownBites Influencer Program

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and based in Ghana.
• You must have at least 200 verifiable followers on the social platform you registered.
• Your CrownBites Influencer Program application must be reviewed and approved by our team. You will receive an SMS on your registered phone number when approved.
• Once approved, link your CrownBites app account using the same phone number you use in the app so we can load your referral code.

2. How rewards work

Per follower registration

• When someone creates a CrownBites app account using your referral code, we credit you GHS 2.50.

Per paid order

• When that follower places an order and successfully pays using your assigned discount code, the conversion becomes worth a total of GHS 30.00 (the order portion is the difference between the registration reward and GHS 30.00).
• Cash-on-delivery orders do not count until they are marked paid by our system.
• Refunded, cancelled or chargeback orders are removed from your earnings.

Discount codes

• CrownBites assigns a unique discount code to your referral code from the admin dashboard.
• Only orders placed with your assigned discount code count toward the GHS 30.00 reward.
• We may rotate, pause, or change discount codes at any time. Earnings already credited are not affected.

3. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: GHS 50.00.
• Follower requirement: You must have at least 200 followers at the time of requesting payout.
• You can only have one pending or processing withdrawal at a time.
• Payments are sent to the wallet number you provide at request time. Make sure the number is correct, registered in your name, and active.
• Withdrawals are processed manually by the CrownBites payouts team. You will receive an SMS confirming when the payout is marked paid, and the same status will appear on your dashboard and withdrawals history.
• Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Network/wallet provider delays may extend this.

4. Promotion rules

• Share your referral code and assigned discount code on your social channels, communities, WhatsApp groups, blogs, etc.
• Do not use paid ads that use the CrownBites brand without written approval.
• Do not spam users or post on platforms where CrownBites is not permitted.
• Do not impersonate CrownBites support, staff, riders or restaurants.

5. Fraud and abuse

• Self-referrals, fake follower farms, bot accounts, or test orders are not allowed.
• If we detect fraudulent activity, we may suspend your account, void earnings, and reject pending withdrawals.
• You agree that CrownBites is the sole judge of whether activity is fraudulent.

6. Account data

• You consent to CrownBites collecting your full name, phone number, location, social platform and handle, follower count, and wallet number for the purpose of running this program.
• Your personal data is processed in line with our main privacy policy and is not sold to third parties.
• You can request deletion of your influencer profile at any time by contacting CrownBites support, after any unpaid balance has been settled.

7. Changes

CrownBites may update these program terms, reward amounts, or eligibility rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active influencers by SMS and/or in the dashboard.
