To register as a Crown Pilot rider:

1. Download the Crown Pilot app
2. Tap "Register" on the login screen
3. Enter your phone number and verify with OTP
4. Fill in your personal details
5. Complete KYC verification
6. Wait for approval from our team

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps us confirm your identity. You'll need to submit:

- A valid government ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver's License)
- A clear selfie photo
- Vehicle documents (if applicable)

Verification usually takes 24-48 hours.

When you're online, new orders will appear in your "Crowns" section:

1. Make sure you're set to "Online" status
2. When an order appears, review the details
3. Tap "Accept" to take the order
4. Navigate to the restaurant for pickup
5. Confirm pickup and deliver to customer

You can cancel an order before pickup, but frequent cancellations may affect your rating. Valid reasons include:

- Restaurant is closed
- Order items unavailable
- Customer unreachable
- Safety concerns

Always provide a reason when cancelling.

The app provides turn-by-turn navigation:

- Blue route shows path to restaurant
- Green route shows path to customer
- Your location updates in real-time
- Tap the map controls to zoom or recenter
- Use the call button to contact customer

Your earnings are based on:

- Base delivery fee
- Distance traveled (per km rate)
- Peak hour bonuses (when applicable)
- Tips from customers

View your earnings breakdown in the Earnings section.

Payments are processed weekly:

- Earnings are calculated every Sunday
- Payments are sent on Monday
- Funds arrive within 1-3 business days
- Ensure your bank details are correct in Profile
