Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to request deletion of your Crown Pilot delivery rider account:

  1. Fill out the deletion request form below with your account details
  2. Select whether you want to delete your entire account or just specific data
  3. Submit the form - you'll receive a confirmation email
  4. Our team will process your request within 30 days
  5. You'll receive a final confirmation once deletion is complete

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your Crown Pilot account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Personal Information

Name, phone number, email, date of birth, profile photo

Verification Documents

KYC documents, ID photos, driver's license

Location History

GPS tracking data, delivery routes, location logs

App Settings & Preferences

Notification settings, theme preferences, work hours

Device Information

FCM tokens, device IDs, app version data

Data Retention Period

Some data must be retained for legal and financial compliance:

Financial Records: Earnings history, payment records, and tax-related information will be retained for 7 years as required by law.

Order History: Anonymized delivery records (without personal identifiers) may be kept for business analytics and dispute resolution.

All other personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request being approved.
