By registering as a Crown Pilot delivery rider, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crown Bites.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Crown Pilot application or provide delivery services through our platform.
Important: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
To become a Crown Pilot rider, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid government-issued ID
- Own or have access to a reliable vehicle (motorcycle, bicycle, or car)
- Have a valid driver's license (if using motorized vehicle)
- Pass our KYC verification process
- Have a smartphone capable of running the Crown Pilot app
As a Crown Pilot rider, you are responsible for:
- Completing accepted deliveries in a timely manner
- Handling food and packages with care
- Maintaining professional communication with customers and restaurants
- Keeping your vehicle in safe, working condition
- Following all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate location sharing during active deliveries
- Reporting any issues or incidents promptly
All riders must adhere to our code of conduct:
- Treat customers, restaurant staff, and support team with respect
- Do not consume or tamper with delivery items
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Do not engage in discriminatory behavior
- Keep customer information confidential
- Do not accept cash payments unless authorized
Warning: Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Your earnings are calculated based on:
- Base delivery fee per order
- Distance-based compensation
- Peak hour bonuses (when applicable)
- Customer tips
Payments are processed weekly and transferred to your registered bank account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
Your account may be suspended or terminated for:
- Violation of these terms or code of conduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Consistently low ratings or high cancellation rates
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Extended periods of inactivity
You may also request to delete your account at any time through the app settings.
