• Browse and search for restaurants and food items
• Place orders for food delivery or pickup
• Track order status and delivery in real-time
• Make secure payments through various payment methods
• Access to Crown Store and Crown Farm for additional products
• Crown Coins rewards program

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including:

• Full name
• Valid phone number
• Delivery address
• Payment information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through Crown Bites:

• You are making an offer to purchase the selected items
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
• Restaurants reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4.2 Payment

• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other payment methods
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

4.3 Pricing and Fees

• Menu prices are set by individual restaurants
• Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order value
• Service fees and taxes will be clearly displayed before checkout
• Promotional discounts are subject to terms and conditions

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Restaurant preparation time
• High order volume

5.2 Delivery Address

• You must provide accurate delivery information
• Delivery is limited to our service areas
• Additional charges may apply for certain locations

5.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, you may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placement
• Once restaurant preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible
• Cancellation fees may apply

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

• Cancelled orders (before preparation)
• Missing items
• Incorrect orders
• Quality issues (subject to verification)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Crown Coins Rewards Program

• Crown Coins are earned on eligible purchases
• Coins can be redeemed for discounts on future orders
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Crown Coins may expire after a period of inactivity
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or restaurant staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Post false or misleading reviews

All content on Crown Bites, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Crown Bites or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you must contact the restaurant directly. We cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens or meet specific dietary requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Bites, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

Your use of Crown Bites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

13. Dispute Resolution
